Returns & Refunds

Every Damn Stuff piece is made by hand in my Munich studio, and I want you to love what you bring home. If something isn't right, here's how it works.

Your 14-day right to return

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, no reason needed. Just email hola@damnstuff.com with your name, order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. A short message is all it takes.

After that, please send the item back within 14 days of your email.

How returns work

• Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged or wasn't what you ordered.

• Please pack the piece the way it arrived, ideally in the original packaging, and use a tracked and insured service. Until it reaches me, the item is your responsibility.

• Items should come back in the condition you received them. If something is damaged or worn beyond what's needed to look at it, I may reduce the refund by the lost value.

Refunds

Once I've received and checked your return, I'll refund you within 14 days, using the same payment method you used to buy (PayPal or bank transfer). Cash payments made at Munich pickup are refunded by bank transfer. If you paid for standard shipping on your original order, that's refunded too.

Damaged in transit

All orders ship tracked and insured. If your piece arrives damaged, please:

1. Email hola@damnstuff.com within 48 hours of delivery

2. Include photos of the item and the packaging

3. Keep all the packaging until we've sorted it out

I'll take care of the insurance claim and offer you a full refund or, where possible, a replacement.

Original Artwork

Each original is a 1 of 1. There is only one, and once it's gone, it's gone.

• Returns are accepted within the 14-day window above.

• Return shipping is at your cost and must be tracked and insured for the full value of the artwork, packed as securely as it was sent.

• Because originals can't be replaced, a piece damaged in transit to you is refunded in full.

Art Prints

My fine art prints are printed by me on demand on Hahnemühle Bamboo paper with pigment inks.

• Returns are accepted within the 14-day window above. Please return prints flat or rolled in a sturdy tube, unframed and unmounted.

• If a print arrives damaged or has a printing defect, I'll reprint and resend it free of charge, or refund you if you prefer.

Streetwear

Each streetwear piece is one of a kind, upcycled and made by hand, so every item is unique.

• Returns are accepted within the 14-day window above, unworn, unwashed, and with any tags attached.

• Because there's only one of each piece, exchanges for another size aren't possible. Please check the measurements on the product page before ordering. If you're unsure, write to me first, and I'm happy to help.

International orders

Import duties and taxes are paid by the buyer and can't be refunded by Damn Stuff. Return shipping from outside Germany is at your cost.
